The name PortaFortuna, meaning ‘lucky charm’, was inspired by the Italian toast: ‘PortaFortuna, Buona Fortuna a Tutti’ (with my lucky charm, I wish good luck and fortune to everyone). Each clinking glass traditionally represents a lucky charm, but there’s never been a consensus on what drink the glasses should actually contain… So, the team set out to create a drink worthy of the name ‘lucky charm’, and PortaFortuna XO was born! We think it’s a match made in heaven, and a perfect embodiment of good fortune and good memories in a glass.
