Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch your order within 4 working days. 99% of the orders are shipped the next working day.

Shipping Countries: All Europe / North America offers standard shipping to all of Europe.

All orders to Europe are shipped via Lost in Amsterdam Warehouse (in Amsterdam). Delivery time frames vary from country to country. Delivery time is 5-7 days for Europe countries. 

All orders to North America are shipped via DHL on a tracked service. Delivery time frames vary from country to country. Delivery time is 10-14 days for North America countries. 

If you would like a shipping quote please proceed to checkout with your desired items. 

Once you made an order you will receive a mail which will show your order confirmation and list of your items. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will get second mail titled; 'Shipping notification' this notification will list all of your items and a 'Track your order' link will show. Please follow this link to be redirected to your tracking info. Note tracking will only update once scanned by the shipping company, please allow 24 hours for this to update.

Please note the estimated delivery time frames provided at checkout and above are not guaranteed. These time frames are in place to give our customers an idea of delivery dates and should not be seen as 100% accurate. "Lost in Amsterdam" will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to courier issues.

If you miss your delivery you will receive a calling card from shipping company which will give instructions on what to do next. 

 We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
